After Toyota's recall the number of customers complaints climbs, according to a goverment agency. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it's investigating the allegations.
A series of customer's complaints against Toyota began since the carmaker announced that the Toyota Prius has carmaking defects that made sudden acceleration. The NHTSA had received a number of allegations against Toyota because there were fatal accidents due to this defect in the Toyota Prius.
"It's not new to receive a spike of customer's complaints after a Toyota recall", Jimmie Clarks said, and continued "we advice to every Toyota owner of a Prius to follow the instructions of Toyota".
